A Timeless, Minimal Approach to Design

Harbour’s headquarters and corporate office is a free-standing 21,600 SF Class-A office building with a lobby housing a 1,000 SF centralized koi fish pond with multiple waterfalls. With the minimal approach of three materials: concrete, wood, and steel, the building has been able to withstand time while retaining its appeal. By bringing elements of the outdoors in and the indoors out, Harbour created a building that rests at ease with the natural surroundings and creates a cohesive and surreal working environment for our staff. The office features a clock tower conference room and is a LEED® Certified Project.

Next to the Commercial Rail Line

With our dedicated rail division, we are appropriately situated parallel next to a commercial rail line in Plainfield, Illinois. Our sustainable building is an 11,000 SF floor plan, two-story steel post, and glue-laminated wood truss building, all structural and mechanical infrastructure exposed.

Sustainability and Certification

This structure houses a full-size kitchen and breakroom, weight training and endurance room, employee showers, a mezzanine level, a mixture of private and open space offices, 3,600 SF warehouse, continuous natural light clerestory, storefront facades, clock tower conference room, and a centralized Koi fish pond with moss rock waterfalls. Sustainability and our team’s green building capabilities are a significant focus of our headquarters. This project is LEED Certified.
