Harbour’s history in aviation construction dates back to 1990, while originally serving as the Program Manager for Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5 project.

Upon completing the Terminal 5 project at O'Hare, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) selected Harbour as the official Construction Manager responsible for overseeing the construction projects at all Chicago airports.

Harbour has since developed a dedicated aviation division committed to mitigating the increasing stress on airport facilities and systems today. We build airport facilities to decrease travel interruptions and increase overall efficiency, functionality, lifespan, and cost savings.

To date, we have successfully overseen more than $10 Billion worth of airport construction projects. Take a look at what we have done, and let us know your project goals. Let’s get started!
