Program Manager for Airport Terminal Addition
The City of Chicago selected Harbour Contractors, Inc. as the program manager when an additional terminal was needed to house the growing rate of international flights out of Chicago’s largest airport. The Harbour Team helped to deliver the project on time and within the original budget.
Our Experience at O’Hare
Harbour has been working at O’Hare International Airport ever since they performed work on Terminal 5 and is currently the construction manager for the O’Hare Modernization Program (OMP). The OMP has a construction budget of $6.5 Billion and realigns the runway configuration to a straight east-west setup that allows for multiple simultaneous runway use.
