OVERVIEW

Harbour reconstructed a site and built a new loading facility for Saturn Agriculture Inc. at its Joliet intermodal center. The build-to-suit facility includes loading, dump, and storage features. The facility will be able to handle over 200 containers daily. Our teams designed and constructed a DDG transloading operation with 12-acres of roller compacted concrete, site/civil improvements, a 17,000 SF metal building to house the conveyors, a dust control system, and operations.

The 14.4-acres site will transfer local soybeans and dried distilled grain into containers shipped internationally. More than 105 million agricultural products are exported from the industrial park annually.
