OVERVIEW
Harbour Contractors, Inc. was selected to perform the construction management for the Potlatch distribution center. This facility required an extensive MEP program because it primarily hosts wood and paper products and an interior conveying system to aid in loading the rail-served transportation division.
After providing a smooth construction process for phase I of the Potlatch distribution center, Harbour was selected to CM the phase II expansion to the facility just one year later. The system Harbour aided in selecting has dramatically increased the distribution ability of the Elwood, IL-based Potlatch facility.
