Naperville Ice House and Entertainment Facility Construction

Harbour teamed up with Calamos Real Estate, LLC to purchase and redevelop over 25 acres known as Monarch Landing, just off of Route 59 and I-88 in Naperville, Illinois.

The project includes a 210,000 SF facility to house two NHL-sized sheets of ice and a 5,000 fixed-seat main rink with all the amenities required to house a USHL Team successfully. Also included is the construction of a bar and restaurant which overlooks both arenas and infrastructures to accommodate indoor live concerts built to the specs of Live Nation.

The City Gate Event Center project was approved by the Naperville Board, Planning, and Zoning, but unfortunately, the project has been postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Harbour provided full concept design, ice rink design and selection, land transaction, updated construction estimates, and project pro-forma.
