OVERVIEW

Harbour renovated an approximately 12,870 SF existing building for the City of Sandwich’s new Public Safety Complex. The new facility will replace and provide a modern, more updated police department for the City of Sandwich due to the growth of their community. This public safety project includes extensive construction renovations and site work modifications to assure ADA compliance. Harbour understands municipal construction and built the City of Sandwich’s Public Safety Complex with additional space for future expansions as the community grows.

With decades of experience in municipal construction projects across the Midwest, we genuinely understand how to optimize our client’s construction projects for public safety. Our municipal construction projects include Chicago’s 23rd (Now 19th) District Police Station, Chicago’s 12th (Near West) District Police Station, Will County Adult Detention Facility, and more. We currently serve as the builder for Woodridge’s Police Department and will construct new municipal facilities for the City of Berwyn.
