Construction Management Services for a Union
Harbour Contractors, Inc. was selected to provide construction management services for the new Local 399 Union Hall and Training Center in Chicago, Illinois. Harbour was incredibly proud to work for a union after many years of working alongside each other for decades.
The new 399 Training Hall features two large training areas for new and current members of Local 399 to sharpen their skills as Operating Engineers.
The Hall also features a wing with second-floor offices for support staff of the Union, which works with their members daily. The project wrapped up in 2008 and helped elevate the already high quality of service rendered by Local 399.
