OVERVIEW
Harbour Contractors, Inc. performed the construction of a lifestyle shopping center. The center consisted of 37-acres and four retail buildings totaling 90,000 SF. The project’s emphasis was on high-end streetscape finishes.
All site work, mass excavation, paving, and utilities were under the direction of Harbour and were delivered in the highest quality on time and within budget. Harbour has remained on-site to aid in the build-out process for the developer.
