Harbour Contractors, Inc. was responsible for the Freedom Commons’ 25-acre retail site development, including public roadway infrastructure improvements, stormwater retention, site utilities, parking lot construction, and building pad construction for all-out lots.

This upscale development features excellent dining options such as Maggiano’s Little Italy, Morton’s The Steakhouse, The White Chocolate Grill, service retailers, entertainment and recreation venues, health and fitness facilities, and spa services such as L.A. Fitness health club. The building arrangement provides core retail and dining options for the surrounding hotel and office commerce. The project was completed with a new interstate highway (I-88) interchange. Harbour completed the project safely, on time, and within the budget in 2007.
