Harbour was pleased to build AT&T Plaza in Oak Brook, Illinois. Situated on approximately 6.7-acres of land bordering I-294 on the east and I-88 on the south, it features an attractive storm retention pond that can be viewed from an outside dining patio and a 15-foot wide pedestrian and bicycle path along the north property line.

Attached is a four-story parking structure served by an elevator and joined by a covered walkway. There is additional surface parking for 71 vehicles on site. Exterior walls offer a striking pattern of contrasting, long horizontal lines: window strips of gray reflective glass separated by flat metal panels with a stark white matte finish. The three-story atrium lobby walls are a rough granite finish with polished matching terrazzo floors. Gold leaf artwork suspended from the ceiling to the east and west of the main entrance provides a stunning cascading waterfall effect. The lobbies are completed with several large granite planters with flowers, and a security console finished in mahogany with a marble top.

This facility was built with sustainability in mind to LEED Silver Certification, though they did not apply to the USGBC.
