We were hired as the general contractor to construct a new facility for Peoples Gas in Joliet, Illinois. The 20,000 SF maintenance building houses 10,000 SF administrative offices, a control room with a dedicated data center, and a 10,000 SF maintenance facility with large bay doors and service truck drive-ins.
