Naperville Retail Construction

Harbour Contractors, Inc. was selected to construct a 25-acre and 80,000 SF retail center with high-end site and building finishes in Naperville, Illinois. The center is designed around the concept of a one-stop shop for people doing home improvements and upgrades to housing in the rapidly growing local Will and DuPage counties. Some of the challenging aspects of the development included coordinating with IDOT and local utility companies to relocate gas, phone, and electric for the construction of accelerating and turning lanes required for the entrance to the facilities and the appropriate coordination of the four lanes of traffic on a high level of use section of Illinois Route 59.
