Courtesy Corporation manufactures and markets precision injection molded plastic components, closures, and dispensing systems used in various food and beverage, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and consumer-product industries.

Harbour was approached to handle their 340,000 SF project to accommodate manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, office, support facilities, research and development, and 20 plus loading and receiving dock bays.

The company designs and builds plastic injection molds for high-performance production with interchangeable, close-tolerance components; the construction of their facility called for extreme precision, detail, and craft.

As construction manager, we included a 50,000 SF glass 100,000 SF clean room to support the injection molding production lines.
