Elgiloy Cluster Mill selected Harbour to provide general contracting and design-build services for Elgiloy LLC’s cold roll mill facility in Hampshire, Illinois. The 200,000 SF, four-post, 20-roll cluster mill facility is a precision wire drawing and a strip rolling mill capable of producing the world’s thinnest and widest stainless steel precision strips.

Harbour coordinated the receipt and installation of sophisticated European vertical and horizontal annealing furnaces and a major milling machine. Our on-site team of professionals worked closely with Elgiloy’s facility operations team to ensure a timely turnover of the manufacturing systems.

Upon successful sub-structure completion, Harbour Contractors performed a variety of additional task orders covering superstructure, 100 and 200 overhead crane erections, equipment setting, and interlock wiring.
