OVERVIEW

In 2002, Harbour Contractors completed the Pier 1 Imports project in St. Charles, IL. Harbour was awarded the Construction Management contract to erect 250,000 SF of distribution space for Pier 1 Imports. Upon finalization of design and permitting, the Harbour team completed all fieldwork within an expedited 12-month timeframe. This fast-tracking technique allowed our client, Pier 1 Imports, to open their new distribution center early, saving them time and money while benefiting their overall business plan.
