TNT Logistics contracted us as the general contractor for the company’s 712,000 SF Michelin Tire distribution center in Monee, Illinois. The facility includes approximately 7,000 SF of office space and features a self-contained fire protection system with a 125,000-gallon water tank and two diesel fire pumps.
