OVERVIEW

Harbour Contractors, Inc. was awarded the design-build contract to erect a 1,400,000 SF distribution space for Sears Logistics Services in Manteno, Illinois.

Upon finalizing the design and permitting, the Harbour team could complete all fieldwork within ten months. This fast-tracking technique allowed Sears Logistical Services to open their center early, saving them time and money while benefitting their overall business plan. We also incorporated a sophisticated materials handling/product retrieval system to increase Sears’ efficiencies.
