OVERVIEW
Harbour was selected as the construction manager for the new Waste Management corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois. The 85,000 SF facility featured a cutting-edge glass look, a 200-seat auditorium, a full-service cafeteria, and a below/above-grade parking structure. Harbour performed so well during the construction management of this project that we have since been selected to perform construction management on several other Waste Management projects, including a vehicle maintenance facility and several waste transfer stations.
