An impressive background with an unwavering commitment to success

With an illustrious background, Pattison brings valuable experience from her role as Chief of Staff for the Will County Board, where she also held significant positions as a Will County Board Member and Commissioner for the Forest Preserve District of Will County. Pattison now Chairs the Nature Foundation for Will County.

Commencing her journey in civic service as an Alderwoman for the City of Wilmington, Pattison further honed her skills while collaborating with former Illinois Congressman  Jerry Weller, managing constituent concerns and legislative matters within the District.

Additionally, she served as the legislative liaison and oversaw operations at the District office for former Illinois State Rep. and Minority Deputy Leader Brent Hassert.

A true trailblazer, Pattison is one of the first female graduates of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.

Her bachelor’s degree in political science, specializing in American government, laid the foundation for her subsequent legal education at Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi.

During her time there, she actively participated in the school’s Habitat For Humanity chapter, exemplifying her commitment to social causes and passion for construction by raising funds and building homes for Hurricane Katrina victims. Her legal career, marked by success, encompassed various areas, including criminal defense, family, and governmental law.

For Ragan, dedication to the construction industry is a deeply ingrained passion, transcending mere professional interest.

She firmly believes that the structures we inhabit profoundly influence our daily lives, ranging from educational institutions shaping our knowledge to libraries fostering a love for reading in our children and police and fire stations ensuring the safety of our families. Her genuine ardor lies in tackling clients’ challenges by constructing spaces that positively impact their communities.
