Harbour and StudioGC architecture + interiors recently attended the Groundbreaking Celebration for the Village of Woodridge’s new Police Department, Public Works, Cold Storage, and Salt Dome project.

Harbour was awarded the Design-Build contract for this project and is prepared to approach the job with a cost-effective delivery and minimal disruption to any existing operations for the Village of Woodridge.

Harbour and StudioGC will develop a detailed Master Project Schedule which includes all Design, Pre-Construction, Long-Lead Procurement, Bidding, Construction, Project Commissioning, and Owner Occupancy for each individual phase of the project.

Project Phase 1A

• Harbour will begin the infrastructure upgrades on Woodridge’s 13-acre site following the groundbreaking. This multi-phased project includes a police department, public works, cold storage, and a salt dome. Project Phase 1A includes full site earthwork, design, and development of five stormwater drainage basins and over 200 parking stalls with indigenous landscaping.

This current municipal project contains numerous construction types and has provided Harbour with the most recent Market Conditions Research on steel, glass, masonry, PEMB, pole barn, salt dome, and precast structures.
