Harbour Contractors, Inc. is the Design-Builder for the Islamic Center of Naperville’s new complex. The master plan includes a mosque, banquet center, and school. The first phase of the project is currently under design and included all site preparatory work and design-build of an approximately 40,000 SF three-story school and associated site work. Phase one construction is anticipated to commence in the fall of 2018.
