Harbour Contractors is proud to announce that we have been awarded the design-build contract for a new operations facility for LyondellBasell in Morris, IL. The project consists of a new free-standing approximately 100,000 SF facility to house the plant’s new control room, laboratories, maintenance shops, and administrative offices. Design for the facility has already begun, with construction expected to start in the late spring of 2018 and complete in the summer of 2019.

LyondellBasell’s new chemical manufacturing site is located at 8805 Tabler Road, Morris, IL 60450 in Grundy County.
