New Vehicle Maintence Facility and Transfer Station

Harbour provided design build services for the new vehicle maintenance facility and office remodel project for Waste Management of Illinois. The trucking maintenance facility is a precast building with structural steel bar joist and decking. The 33,000 SF building and fuel island is located on approximately 13.5 acres of a preexisting Waste Management (WM) landfill. The entire site has been paved to serve as parking for WM trucks.
