Phase I: Paper and Wood Production Distribution Center

In January 2003, Harbour Contractors completed the 408,000 SF paper and wood product distribution center for Potlatch. The project was completed within five months with direct rail access. Due to its overwhelming success, Harbour asked to provide construction management services for Potlatch's Phase II, distribution center expansion project.

Phase II: Converting/Manufacturing Facility
Elwood, Illinois

Harbour Contractors provided construction management services to Potlatch's converting facility/addition (Phase II) after successful completion of Phase I, New Paper and Wood Product Distribution Center in Elwood, Illinois. The new addition houses two large maintenance rooms, utility rooms and office space. The facility also allows for an additional seven-docking doors and two coil doors giving Potlatch a total of 57 docks.
