Adult Retention Center Expansion and Renovation

As Construction Manager for Kendall County’s Public Safety Center expansion and renovation project, Harbour is in charge of overseeing the new 26,000 SF addition. Harbour is adding facilities that will add approximately 112 beds to the existing facility. We are remodeling and renovating existing Master Control, West Pod Control, Visitation, Inmate Property Storage, relocating existing laundry room, etc. In addition we are upgrading the existing facility's Security Electronics System i.e. CCTV, cameras, card readers, lock systems, etc.
