Ice Arena & Chicago Wolves Office/Training Facility

Harbour Contractors is proud to have provided construction management services for the Hoffman Estates Park District Community Center and Ice Arena. The facility consists of a 90,000 SF addition and renovation with a 4,500-spectator seating arena, and a 90,000 SF hockey faciltiy with two 200' x 85' NHL rinks, which will also serve as practice rinks for the Chicago Wolves. The facility also features state of the art training facilities and offices for the Chicago Wolves to utilize. The project was constructed using a fast-track approach with ice rinks turned over on November 1, 2004. Park Districk office and final project completion was completed on schedule for a January 30, 2005 grand opening.
