Retail Shopping Center

Harbour was recently awarded the Oakbrook Promenade Retail Shopping Center project. The site is located in the Village of Oak Brook near the heart of its shopping district. The assignment involves demolition of the existing buildings and additional site development. Talks are underway to expand the retail development with an additional 116,000 SF. Construction/Demolition is scheduled to start on September 1, 2005.
