Harbour Contractors has been selected to provide construction services for the future headquarters for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 399.  The new facility is located near the Chicago River in Chicago, Illinois on a Brownfield site.  Local 399 members will attend classes, work in labs, and tend to all of their membership business throughout the new facility.   In addition, the new building will have offices to accommodate staff members and officers.
