Retail Site Development

Harbour has been awarded the Algonquin Galleria Life Style Center (Phase I), and is currently overseeing site development for the project. This retail development assignment has been divided into three phases. The first phase consists of developing 36 of the 100 acres, and will include tenants such as Kerasotes Theaters, Fox and Hound Restaurant, TGI Fridays and Dania Furniture. We hope to have the opportunity to provide additional services for the remaining two phases.
