OVERVIEW
For over 46 years, Harbour has been providing construction management, design build, program management, general contracting, engineering and consulting services
to both private and public sector clients.
New Project: Algonquin Galleria
Harbour has been awarded the Algonquin Galleria Life Style Center (Phase I), and is currently providing site development services for the project. This retail assigntment has been divided into three phases--the first phase consists of site work for 36 of the 100 acres. Tenants in phase I will include Kerasotes Theaters, Fox and Hound Restaurant, TGI Fridays and Dania Furniture. We look forward to the opportunity to provide additional services for the remaining two phases.
Featured Project: New Rail Yard
As Construction Manager for Polymer's new rail yard project in Plainfield, Illinois, Harbour was responsible for laying 4,000 track feet, which totalled to 4 tracks and 3 turnouts with a storage capacity of approximately 70 rail cars.
Completions: Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island
Harbour served as construction manager for Clear Channel Entertainment's Northerly Island Concert Pavilion in Chicago, Illinois. The project started in late April of 2005 and was completed in time for the first concert on June 24, 2005. The outdoor concert venue can seat as many as 7,886 patrons and has breathtaking views of the Chicago Skyline and Lake Michigan. The Pavilion is now Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island.
