Harbour Contractors, Inc. offers a comprehensive range of planning, design, engineering, and construction management services to hub and General Aviation airports. We provide consulting services from initial planning through construction completion and project closeout. Harbours experience includes preparation of master plans and noise studies for airports, design of highways and bridges, and management of the construction of multi-million dollar airport expansions.

Members of our technical and administrative staff are dedicated full-time to airport planning, design, and construction management / inspection work. Additional staff regularly participate in the specialized technical aspects (environmental, planning, facilities) that airport projects routinely require. This dedication to airport planning, design, and construction work allows us to remain focused on the issues and concerns of the aviation community.

Our past experience is also evidence of our knowledge of FAA requirements, advisory circulars, and other rules, regulations, and procedures relating to airfield construction. Harbour understands the unique aviation related problems that are inherent with construction phasing and strives to minimize the effects of such activities on airfield operations.
