History of Harbour

Harbour Contractors, Inc. is a family owned and operated company that is well known throughout the Midwest for successfully satisfying its clients' needs and achieving their project goals and objectives. Founded in 1959 by Irvin "Red" Harbour, Commander US Army Corps of Engineers, Harbour started out a bridge builder for the City of Chicago. We have provided 48 years of general contracting, construction management, program management, owners representation and design build services to a wide array of clients.
