Harbour’s long history in Aviation construction projects dates back to 1990 as the Program Managers for O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5. That assignment led to a 10 year engagement as the Construction Program Manager for the City of Chicago Department of Aviation in charge of all construction projects at all of Chicago’s airports. Additionally, Harbour was selected for construction projects at Gary-Chicago Airport and DuPage County Regional Airport.
