Patrick C. Harbour, CEO/President
Pat has played an active role in the organization as well as in the construction industry for over 35 years. Mr. Harbour started his career as a superintendent and, after holding positions as Project Manager and Project Executive on many large construction projects, he assumed the role of CEO/President. Pat oversees the strategic direction of Harbour Contractors and his vision has guided Harbour through up and down markets and into new markets and regions. Pat oversees and directs Harbour’s Executive Management Team ensuring Harbour’s commitment to each project are met or exceeded.
Patrick Harbour holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Chris Kozak, Vice President Operations
Chris has over 15 years of experience working in the construction industry as an estimator, project manager, superintendent and project executive. At Harbour, Chris oversees all cost/estimating, pre-construction and field operations. This continued involvement from conceptual phase to project close out ensures consistency in the adherence to our proven project delivery systems with the main focus of safety, quality, schedule control, cost control and client satisfaction.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology and an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Purdue University.
Mark Karaskiewicz, Construction Executive
Mark has over 25 years of experience working in the construction and design industries as a project executive and senior project manager. His experience includes a variety of institutional and commercial projects including healthcare, education and public facilities. At Harbour, Mark oversees all field operations and project management services through project closeout. His focus includes client satisfaction, cost and schedule control, safety and quality.
Mark is a licensed architect and a LEED accredited professional, participates in a variety of related volunteer positions, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institue of Technology.
Lonnie Schultz; Chief Estimator
Lonnie oversees and coordinates all estimates and interfaces with business development and construction operations to ensure a smooth transition from the bid process to construction execution.
His responsibilities include the following:
Lonnie holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Advance Military Engineer Operations School.
